Descriptions and images are provided for guidance. Packaging, bottle presentation, labels and batch details may vary, especially for parallel-import goods. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted.
3. Pricing, payment and acceptance
Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise. The final amount is displayed at checkout. We may cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect or fraud is suspected. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we confirm processing or dispatch.
4. Delivery
Orders are generally prepared within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, remote areas, public holidays, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.
